15.- Pasado progresivo

15.- Pasado Progresivo

17.1.- Formación:
a) Afirmativo: Sujeto + Pas. to be + forma ing
del verbo. Ej: I was going, you were reading, he was watching.
b) Negativo: Sujeto +
Pas. to be + not + forma ing del verbo. Ej: I was not going, you were
not reading, he was not watching
.
c) Interrogativo: Pas. to be + sujeto + forma
ing del verbo: Ej: Was I going?, were you reading? was he watching?.

17.2.- Notas:

Ej: come = coming.
2) El pasado del verbo to be
not
se contrae en weren't. Ej: you were not reading => you weren't reading.

17.3.- Usos:
pasado.Ej: I was reading a book
Ej: They were playing tennis when he came
